The 4-Session Anxiety Reset

This is a short, focused program combining psychotherapy with simple meditation practices.

Session 1 — Understanding Anxiety & Creating Safety

You’ll learn what anxiety really is and why fighting against it often backfires.
We’ll focus on calming the nervous system and creating a sense of internal safety, providing immediate relief and clarity

Session 2 — Working with Anxious Thinking

We’ll look at how worry and overthinking keep anxiety going — and how to disengage from them without forcing or suppressing, which will reduce inner conflict. You will experience less mental noise and have more choice.

Session 3 — Meeting Anxiety with Awareness

You’ll learn how to stay present with anxious sensations and feelings without panicking or avoiding them. This is a key step towards lasting change. You’ll have confidence in your ability to handle anxiety when it shows up.

Session 4 — Living Well with Anxiety

We’ll integrate what you’ve learned and create a personal plan so anxiety no longer dictates how you live. You will have the tools, skills and understanding to move forward with your life.

Sessions are held online through Zoom and include:

  • clear psychoeducation

  • practical skills from evidence-based approaches

  • gentle guided relaxation and short meditations

This program is suited to you if:

This program may not be suitable for an acute crisis or significant trauma — we can discuss this in an initial call.

About me

I’m a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over ten years of clinical experience. My specialty is combining evidence-based therapy with simple meditation techniques. I work with anxiety not as something to eliminate, but as something to understand, regulate, and integrate. In my experience, change begins naturally when approached with understanding, curiosity and compassion instead of judgement.
